All subscribers agree to provide an accurate and truthful credit card registration, which shall include your legal name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. You agree to keep this information updated as needed and to inform MarketPerspectivesLLC.com of any changes in connection with billing, delivery or confidential access.

Payment and Automatic Renewal Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There are no refunds on subscriptions. If you choose to terminate your subscription as outlined above, you will continue to receive all materials and transmissions for the remainder of your subscription after which your subscription will not be renewed.

Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
